Bug in the Azure Portal?

Recently I swapped out two monitors connected to my laptop for a larger monitor.

I ended up dividing the screen into four sections to be “more productive,” and everything was going well until I noticed a bug in the Azure Portal.

But hold on, nothing that would allow someone to exploit this bug to gain access; it’s more a display issue in the Azure Portal.

I went to Subscriptions, chose one, and looking at all the Subscription information I noticed that the options on the left did not open

When in fact the panel with the various options should be shown, as in the image below
